Today we thought we would have a quick go down the river from 13:15pm, until 17:00pm. Today in our normal swim was very slow, so I walked a little further down the river towards the Tavern, when after about walking 50-100 ft, I see maybe 100-200 roach all under the trees, so I got my pole out and had a quick go. It was quiet but I did managed to pull out 3 roach in the last hour, biggest being about 10oz, but there is potential to do much better then that, because we were pulling out loads of fish at 1lb and over last time we went there, and some lads who also joined us down there said it was not fishing well today in relation to how it usually fishes.
