Welcome to Lynford Lake, We welcome anyone who is responsible and who likes a good days fishing.

At Ickburgh We have pits that are named Buckenham Pits. They consist of 2 pits, Buckenham Large Pit, which is on the left, and Buckenham Small Pit which is on the right when driving in the direction of them, as you can only drive to them from Ashburton Road. Both are situated in a mature woodland area. The pits are very well stocked and fish well throughout the year.

Lynford Lake is part of the Buckenham Pits Complex, but the fishery is several miles away from Buckenham Pits. This Fishery can be fished on a Day Ticket or Annual Ticket, which can be purchased from the Petrol Station next to Ashburton Road. Lynford Lake is situated on a fire exit leading off the West Tofts road away from Mundford on the lefthand side.

I will try to notify everyone by the Notice Board on this website relating to any important information I am given from the owner in relation to the status of the venue for any reason why it should close, eg: Flooding, Pollution, or Maintenance, as this is a fishery that likes to put safety first.

Anyone caught removing Fish, Will be Banned and Prosecuted!
