The weather was not great, so we were fishing in 15-20 meters of water just off shore. We had been fishing 4 miles off shore, but came in close because of the weather conditions, only being in a 16ft boat. We were stray lining big baits, and this fish took a half a fillet of skipjack tuna (bonito).
