Manor Farm Fishing consisits of a range of 7 different fishing lakes, a 18 van touring caravan site with electric hook-ups, a large, professional tackle shop, covered bivvy barn display area and refreshments.

Fishery Rules:

1. Barbless hooks only

2. Maximum 2 rods. 3 rods permitted on Booneys Lake if additional fee paid

3. Unhooking mat required on all lakes.

4. Keepnets are only allowed for organised matches.

5. Fishing from designated pegs only. Some pegs maybe closed at times for health and safety reasons

6. All fish caught MUST be returned to the lake they were caught from. Under no circumstances must fish be killed or moved to other lakes.

7. No unauthorised vehicles around the lakes. Disabled blue badge holders only with prior permission. No cars including disabled around the Blunham Lake due to lack of access.

8. Cars must only be parked in car parks

9. Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult at all times

19. Under 18's can night fish when accompanied by an adult

10. Under 8's must be accompanied by a non-fishing adult or fish from the same swim as the accompanying adult. They must not wander off unsupervised.

10. E A Rod Licence required

11. No open fires although barbeques are permitted but must be used sensibly

12. Alcohol is permitted on site, but must be used sensibly in order to ensure the safety of the fish and to avoid causing a general annoyance to other anglers

13. Strictly no guns

14. No wading or swimming in the lakes under any circumstances.

15. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment or vehicles which may occur whilst at Manor Farm.

16. The fishery is a natural environment which we do our best to maintain, as such we accept no responsibility for any personal accident which may occur as a result of being on site at Manor Farm. Trips, slips and other such incidents can and do occur and are generally beyond our control. Please report any incidents to the Tackle Barn in order for them to be recorded. Minors require constant supervision by a non-fishing adult.

17. No dogs, even on leads. Sorry. Dogs on leads however are permitted for those people staying in the caravan park, but should remain within the caravan area or walked on leads to Biggleswade Common which is behind the Blunham / Booneys Lakes.

18. No Litter, bins are provided in the car parks.

19. Non fishing guests are permitted at the fishery at no extra charge but they must be respectful of the other anglers. Noisy parties and groups of people are not encouraged.
