Description:
The area was part of the Marston Brickworks and at one time, the fishing was from several smaller lakes which were flooded to form the water you see today.
The depths vary from a few feet to 20+ feet in some places with an average of around 11 feet. The water is suited to match, pleasure and specimen anglers.
In recent matches bags of silver fish have been seen up to 20 lbs.
The track around the lake which was laid early 2005 allows easy access to most of the bank side and parking in some of the swims with only a short walk to others.
Access is via a locked gate therefore parking is secure.
Night fishing is permitted.
