Description: Our three well established lakes are set in rural Berkshire, ideally located between the M4 at Reading, A34 from Newbury and the M3 at Basingstoke. We are a day ticket water, which are purchased from the bank. The Lakes have been open for over 20 years and we have now developed into a popular coarse fishery for the beginner and the more experienced angler alike. The health of the fish is important to us and we pride ourselves in the management and the maintenance of the Lakes. If you are fed up with blanking or catching small bags of fish come to Court Farm, you won't be disappointed!

At Court Farm all three of the Lakes have recently had fish added including Tench, Bream, Barbel and double figured Carp. All of the swims have also been renewed for improved access as part of our regular maintenance programme. Our fish are health checked every two years. Please read the information on each of our Lakes to provide you with useful tips for baits and methods.

We have strict rules to ensure everyone can enjoy their day out without fear of it being spoilt by any unruly behaviour.

We are open every day except Christmas Day. Monday to Saturday from 7am until dusk or 9pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 7am until dusk or 8pm.

We are located 2 miles from Tadley Angling Shop, where the friendly staff will be able to help you with any baits and equipment required. Aldermaston Stores is located 1 mile from the Lakes where you can purchase sandwiches, pies and drinks.

The Lake is stocked with Carp 20lbs+, Roach 2.5lb+, Rudd 2lbs, Perch 5lbs, Bream 2lbs and Tench 4lbs.

The best method for Lake One is method feeder, float fishing up in the water or surface fishing. All baits work well.

Lake One is ideal for Anglers of any ability.
