Description: Haversham Sailing Club has a small but select, and much sought-after, Fishing Syndicate that offers quality fishing on a private lake. As part of an ongoing programme, the lake is regularly re-stocked to supplement and improve the existing population. All fish are photographed before releasing into the lake, to allow anglers to identify which fish they are lucky enough to catch and to record growth rates. The HSC Fishing Syndicate works harmoniously with the sailing section, undertaking club duties and helping to maintain the estate. Anglers are particularly encouraged to make use of the weed boat as much as possible it benefits all the water users.
