Description: After 14 years the crown of the big fish water sits nicely with Kingfisher Lake. Now firmly established on the big fish circuit Kingfisher Lake has over the years produced some stunning carp, and continues to do so. It is our firm intention that this reputation for big fish does not slip and some form of stock management must be in place to acheive this end. Simply leaving nature to take its course will not succeed. which is why the removal of smaller fish from Kingfisher will always continue. It is hoped that that one day Kingfisher will hold nothing but a head of carp over 30lb, and we are trying to acheive just that. With design Kingfisher Lake can acheive a cult status - and any visiting angler can achieve personal best catches or the fish of a lifetime. A Lake where patience and persistance can be rewarded, not for the faint hearted perhaps, but just being on Kingfisher sharpens your senses, magnifies your anticitpation. What if!

Bluebell Lakes Rules: We do not take booking, just buy your ticket a reception when you get here. Opening times: 1st April - 31st September 7am Open - 8pm Close 1st October - 31st March 8am Open - Dusk Close Proof of I.D. may be required Barbless hooks only - No braided mainline - No keep sacks. No Maggots to be used by any Carp Angler on any Lake We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict anglers or guest without prior notice. All anglers/partners/members must report to recption before going on to the complex. Drive to and park on your peg - after that strictly walking No vehicles to be moved after dusk. Park away from waters edge on the level ground. One partner to each paying angler. If you are expecting your partner later - Inform reception and tell your partner to park in the car park. Pike fishing only in Bluebell, Sandmartin and the river in thewinter only. All dogs must be kept with you on a lead and under control at all times. Please do not bring if in season. No livebaiting. No nuts, Chickpeas or Trout pellet. No heavy drinking. No generators Fishing only from pegs provided. All rods must be kept in your own peg. Kingfisher and Swan Lakes: Experienced carp anglers only, confident enough to handle fish of up to 65lb. The minimum age for Kingfisher and Swan Lake is 16 years (fishing or as a guest). There is no exception to this rule. All anglers must have a large well padded unhooking mat, a heavy duty weight sling, minimum 42inch landing net and aminimum of 12lb line (not braid) Other rules may apply see reception for details

Facilities: ? We have Showers and Toilets (with toilet paper) which are kept clean. We have a Tackle Shop that stocks all the end tackle you will need (Fox, Korda, PB) a range of Dynamite Baits and a select range of Trakker Products.
