Description: The Lake is a man-made gravel pit of around 2.5 acres and consists of 36 Marked Pegs with an island running through the middle linked to the main banks by 2 bridges, the island can be fished from by members only.

The depths range from 2ft to 5ft for most of the year, but can rise to 7ft in the deeper areas during the wet seasons owing to the connection to the Great River Ouse.

There are many features around the lake, popular with the anglers who frequent the lake, including large lilly pads and reed banks, that are regularly bending as the carp swim through!

Despite being neighboured by the main train-line in and out of Huntingdon, spend a few hours at the lake and the fantastic fishing and scenery soon makes the sound of the occasional train a distant memory!

The layout of the lake and swims provide for everyone, we have swims best suited for fishing on the Pole between 11 and 16 Meters, also swims that are suited for method feeders and also a few that are popular with the Carp Angler on ledger rigs, everyone is catered for
