Rules for Seadyke Lake and Grandad Lake:

(Instant ban if not obeyed, and no refunds)

All fishermen must report and pay at reception before any fishing.

No cars under no circumstances on the grass.

No oversized fishing hooks,no barbed hooks,no treble hooks,no microbarbed.

No keep nets,no fixed rigs,no lead core,no braid line.

No floating bates,no bread,no live baits,no dead bates,no nuts,maggotts and worms are allowed.

No rods to be left unattended, no running or disturbing other fishermen, and no changing swims.

No braid to enter the fishes mouth unless plastic coated

No abuse to the fish,no striking hard and not playing the fish in a correct manner and causing physical damage.

Every fish must be landed using your net and placed over your unhooking mat.

No abuse to baliffs or member of staff.

Fishermen are responsible for their litter and their visitors litter,this must be took home with you and not left on the fishery,you are also responsible for their behaviour

No dogs on the fishery.

This is a catch and release site,any fishermen removing fish to other lakes or off the premises will be procecuted or banned.

We have the right to search vehicles if nessasary and a 24 hour surveilance camera is in use to help with procecution.

Do not wander beyond designated areas.

large unhooking mats minimum size 110x70cm/cradles and 42"landing nets with 6ft pole must be used,every person fishing must have their own tackle,no sharing and every person must land their own fish.

You can use small method feeders and boilies on hooks and thrown in in moderation,you can use sweetcorn on hooks but not to be thrown in,you can use coarse fishing pelletts on hooks and thrown in the lake in moderation.

Any photographs must be taken leaning over an unhooking mat.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNLESS THE MANAGEMENT IS AT FAULT

Facilities:

We have toilets, showers, fresh water and the facility to dispose of chemical toilet and shower waste.

Caravan storage will be available at our premises with 24 hours cctv for sasonal pitches only.
