| Description: Danebridge Fisheries is situated in the picturesque village of Wincle and is fed by the River Dane. The lake is a Trout Master accredited water and is very well stocked with fish reared in the free flowing water of the farm.
This approach guarantees well formed, energetic fighting fish that require patience and skill to land. The natural food source means field craft plays an important part when fishing these waters. The Youngsters Pond is designed for all the family and caters for children from the age of 2 years old (must be supervised by an adult). This pond is fished using traditional canes with a variety of baits available. The Junior Pond is ideal for beginners aged six to sixteen. The pond is stocked with fish of varying size that are guaranteed to help the novice angler perfect their fishing techniques. The pond is fished with standard course fishing rods using a variety of different bait. Rods and bait are included in the price with tuition available on request. the Junior Pond is ideal for birthday parties or just whiling away an hour or two. |
