Description:The fishing at Woodlay was established in 1977. There are 6 fishing lakes of different sizes set in beautiful, peaceful, deciduous woodland.

1. Spring Lake

2. Valley Lake

3. Deep Lake

4. Lodgeside Lake

5. Island Lake

6. Woodland Lake

The three larger lakes contain the large Carp, the majority being double figures with a few over 20 lbs. These lakes also have Roach, Rudd, Tench, Bream and Perch . The fish caught are wonderfully fit and beautifully coloured.

The smaller lakes contain Tench, Roach Rudd, double figure Carp and many smaller Carp.

Our restocking programme ensures new fish are introduced in early Spring each year.
