Description: Situated in 20 acres of picturesque and peaceful farmland. Aldin Grange boasts five well stocked lakes brimming with fish - two trout (fly only), two coarse and one competition (match).

Coarse Rules:

barbless hooks only, no microbarbs.

No Boiles, Bloodworms, powerbaits or joker.

Groundbait in a feeder or pole cup, half kilo only.

No Litter.

Open from 7am til Dusk, but no later than 9pm.

No one under the age of 12 years of age allowed, unless accompanied by an adult.

No Wading.

No Dogs.

Any visitors to the lakes do so entirely at their own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or injury of any kind which may occur.

Management reserve the right to inspect bags and cars.

Fishing Line to be removed from the water when unattended

Only Aldin Grange feed pellets will be allowed on the coarse lakes. This is to safeguard the health of the fish and to be inline with other fisheries in the UK.

Surplus Baits should be left with the management or binned but not thrown into the lakes.

All Nets must be dipped, in specific barrels with disinfectant solution.

No fish over 4lb to be kept in keepnets.

Please do not throw cigarette ends in the water.

You must be in possession of a valid environmental licence.

Only 1 rod allowed from the 28th February until November the 1st.

No Floating baits.



Fly Rules:

Barbless hooks or debarbed hooks only.

2 flys only

No Boobies.

Damaged fish must be taken or returned to owners. rainbow trout only on kill ticket.

No Wading.

No Dogs.

Facilities:

The site has a car park, toilets, fishing lodge, hot and cold meals, drinks facilities, microwave, on-site bait plus farm shop.

Matches are well catered for on our competition lake and corporate days are also available.

Coaching is available, please come and discuss any professional coaching or junior coaching with our resident coaches

The lakes all have easy maintained access with help on site which is ideal for disabled and elderly anglers. All pegs have a solid stable marked out base with regularly maintained vegetation.
