Description: Staveley Angling offer fishing on the beautiful Kentmere Tarn just a few miles up the valley from Staveley. It is a secluded spot teaming with wildlife - a beautiful place to spend a few hours fishing or not!

There are 2 parts to the tarn. The smaller "East Bay" is stocked solely with brown trout, and the larger main tarn contains wild brown trout. Both are fly fishing only, and catch and release is mandatory on the larger tarn.

Fishing is often best early-mid and later in the season when the water is cooler.

This is a fantastically peaceful spot to spend hours and hours happily fishing :-)
