Description: Grimshaws Lake is appox 6 acres in size and is fished using the General Members Ticket
This lake stocked with a large number of carp in the range of 4lbs to 30 lbs and was part of a program of ongoing stocking from our stock pond (now the Poysers Pond) . The pond also has been stocked with over 10,000 roach bream and rudd plus 2000 crucian carp. We do though note that many of the smaller fish have been lost to Cormorant predation - it was becase of this that we concluded that this water was best suited to carp of the larger
