Description: We have 2 lakes and are Located between Crowborough and Uckfield near the Kent East Sussex boarder. Lodge lake is 2acres, and has 6 swims, all on one side. It's well stocked and holds the record perch and plenty of others. Carp to 30lb, plenty of 20s, and more smaller ones. There are also some Tench, Roach and other smaller spicies. Kingfisher lake is a bit smaller and has an island. There's only five swims, and there only 40/50 carp left. We're bringing these on, so there's no fishing on here for the moment. Due to the small number of swims, we run a booking System to avoid disapointment. Please don't hesitate to call/message.

Rules: All Anglers fish at their own risk. All Anglers must hold a current Rod Licence All Anglers must have DRY 42+" Landing Net, A proper Unhooking Mat, and Retaining Sling. No Carp Sacks. Fish from allocated Swims only. No more than 2 Rods to be used at one time. Barbless Hooks only, No Crushed Barbs. No Tents. No Guests, without having a prior arrangement with the Fishery owners. Rods must be Attended at all times whilst Fishing. No Nuts, No Trout pellets, or Unboiled Seed Baits. No Permanently Fixed Rigs. No Leadcore. No Bait Boats. No Sacking of Fish. Anyone removing or transferring Fish will be Prosecuted. No Standing up whilst Holding Fish. No Fires. No Dogs. All Rubbish Must be Removed. Please show Respect and Courtesy to Each Other, at All Times. £15 a Day, or £25 for 24 Hours. Anyone Failing to comply with these Rules, will be asked to Leave, and be Banned from the Venue.
