Description:

The trout lake is the shape of horseshoe with an average depth running 8 to 10 feet.

The lake has an inlet and outlet, so with these features we have a constant flow, which means it does not flood or freeze so we can offer all year round fishing.

You can fish from every bank where you can catch a good selection of rainbows and brown trout, ranging from 2lb - 4lb with some fish up to 19lb 4oz.

Natural insect life includes sedges, daddies, gnats, bloodworm and buzzers.

Recommended flies: Sedges, Buzzers, Black Gnat, Daddies, Bloodworm, Fritz, Cat's Whisker and Montana.

The lake is also a Troutmaster water.
