description: With a total of 15.5 acres of water and over a 100 swims The Fennes Fisheries is one of the largest family friendly coarse fisheries in the area complete with an on site tackle shop catering for pleasure, match and carp fishing. Probably best described as a general mixed fishery, The Fennes comprises of three lakes Ash Grounds, Hobbs Croft and Hill and Black. All three lakes contain Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench, Perch, F1s, Specimen Common and Mirror Carp to over 30+lbs |

Fishery Rules:
NO FISH TO BE REMOVED OR TRANSPORTED FROM THE FISHERY. A day ticket must be purchased before fishing, tickets are available from 7:30 am at the shop. Barbless hooks only. A fixed method feeder is banned at Fennes, a frame feeder can be used providing it is free running and the minimum hook length that can be used is 4 inches.. All litter, old bait and line must not be left at your swim please use the bins provided. No unauthorised night fishing. No open bank side fires. All anglers must be off the premises by the time stated on the door to the shop. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. ANYONE FOUND TO BE BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE |

Facilities:
There is all weather car parking, well tendered banksides which is also accessable to disabled anglers with well maintained ladies and gents toilets. The Fennes has a superbly stocked on-site tackle shop which sells a wide range of fresh baits, ground baits, shelf life and frozen boilies incuding Main line, Sticky baits, CC Moore, pop-ups and wafters luggage, pods, alarms, metal wear, trollies, rods, reels, whips and terminal tackle from Korda other major brands . Hot and cold drinks & snacks also available. Along with the tackle shop, sarah's pukka tukka on-site catering van is available on weekends and bank holidays The Fennes is open from 7.30am until sunset all year round with the exception of Christmas day and boxing day |
