Description:
Rayne Lodge Fishery is a very mature fishery created 25 years ago set in 30 acres of beautiful Essex countryside. We have 3 lakes all surrounded by mature trees and shrubs giving plenty of cover from the wind, every swim has a solid base and a feature to fish towards. We have had match winning weights in excess of 300lb, Rayne Lodge is not just a carp fishery, a silver fish match was won with 66lb of roach and bags of nearly 100lb of crucians have been recorded in matches. Even in the winter matches have yielded winning weights in excess of 200lb. |

Barbless Hooks only permitted Ground Bait a max of 1kg per person Keepnets are only allowed in organised matches Keepnets must be a minimum of 10ft No fish to be retained for longer than 6 hours. There are full brick built toilet facilities on site. BEWARE OF DEEP WATER All persons entering on to or parking at Rayne Lodge Fishery do so at their own risk. Strictly NO OPEN FIRES or disposable Barbeques. No Litter to be left on site. Fish Care: Extreme care should be taken when handling fish. Unhooking fish should be done on a unhooking mat. When photographing they should not be lifted more than a few inches off the ground. If they are dropped from a height they will probably die. They need not be removed from the net, they can be unhooked and returned to the water still in the net, this will prevent any unnecessary risk to the fish. |
