Description: The reservoir is about 10.5 acres and has depths from 5 foot down to 20 foot. The water is clear and has a blue colour like many French lakes due to the calcium content of the water. There is little weed growth, so most areas are fishable.

The stock of carp in the lake is around 500, with a mixture of common, mirror and ghost carp ranging in size from 14lb to 39lb. Most of the carp are between 12lb and 25lb, with at least 10 over 30lb. The lake record is a 39lb 12oz common and catches of 10 carp a day are common.

The swims are well spaced and you are fishing from grass banks, there are no footpaths or roads near the lake and there is no legal public access to this site.
