Description: At around 22 acres, this lake can be classed as the complexes runs water. The depths range between 3ft and 12ft. The stock comprises over 7,000 carp ranging between 3lb and 30lb+.

The average size is around 12lb. The lake boasts many features including an island, margins, gravel bars, silt spots and deep channels. The lake has been known to do big weights of carp over 48-hour sessions of up to 700lb+. Willows also offers a good head of bream, skimmers and roach and can produce quality silverfish weights.

Rules

Main Complex Rules

Anyone Fishing without a valid ticket will be lianle to a £5 surcharge.

No Alchohol and or Drugs of any kind are Not permitted on the Complex.

It is your responsibility to Purchase a Ticket before Fishing.

No Dogs or Tents on the Fishery.

No Swimming.

Only 1 non fishing Guest per Angler, and must be over 16. Guest Ticket £5 for the Day and £10 for 24 hours (Over Night).

No Litter to be left in swims. anything in your swim is your responsibility.

Under 16s must be accompanierd by an Adult. No under 16s on Farm Lake.

All Anglers must have their own Unhooking Mat and 42" Landing Net.

Anglers Fishing Farm Lake must have their own 42" Landing Net and Captive Mat.

No Braided Main line.

No Fixed Leads, all Rigs are subject to random inspection by the bailiff.

Gas BBQ's Only.

All Fish caught Must be returned, as removal of Fish will be treated as Theft.

All Vehicles must tay on the perimeter road or us the car parks provided.

In all matters relating to fish welfare and behaviour, the bailiffs decision is Final.

Keep Nets only used on Organised Matches.

Match Lake is a day Ticket only 7am to 8pm.

Gates close ar 8pm, anyone leaving after this time will be charged £5.
