Majors Lakes are located in the village of Bearsted in Kent just east of
Maidstone. These mature lakes were originally built in 1894 for duck
shooting but have since become a popular fishing venue. The lakes are
surrounded by 5 acres of picturesque woodland which supports some stunning
wildlife. There are both coarse and trout fishing lakes at the fishery with
a mix of fish species including common and mirror carp, barbel, chub, bream,
