Description: The Pendle Burnley and District Angling Association is in charge of the Walverden Reservoir, found in Nelson in the county of Lancashire. The depths in the medium sized reservoir range from eight to twelve feet.
The fishery contains a healthy population of carp, tench, and bream. There are also Roach and perch but numbers are few.
The reservoir has a closed season from the 14th of March all the way through the 15th of June, inclusive, and it reopens at midnight on the 15th of June. There are options for day tickets and season tickets available at the bank.
Carp to over 20lb, Tench to 6lb and Bream to 10lb
