Lake Rules:

No Day Tickets.

Fishing is available to residents and touring guests only.

Fishing is allowed from 6am until dusk The barrier closing times will be clearly displayed at reception.

Anglers must hold a valid licence.

Do not leave baited rods unattended.

One ticket, one peg.

Pegs must be kept clean at all times.

Maximum two rods per person.

Barbless hooks only.

All anglers must have a suitable landing net.

No Carp or other large fish to be kept in keep nets.

Use unhooking mats.

No night fishing.

No use of Tiger Nuts.

No braid to be used as mainline on any of our lakes.

No bait boats.

No fresh water fish, dead or alive, to be used as bait.

Loose feeding with pellets, particles or ground baits must be kept to absolute minimum. We will be monitoring this.

Under 12's are allowed to fish and must hold a valid ticket and also must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Anyone caught removing fish will be prosecuted under section 68 of the theft act.

Transfer of fish to other lakes is not allowed.

Take litter and equipment away with you. Discarded nylon is dangerous for birds and animals.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and mess must be cleared away.

Radios and/or other audio equipment must be kept at low volume levels.
