Description: Herron Pool - Leisure Fishing Our Leisure pool is designed for the fisherman wanting to relax, chill out and enjoy a day catching fish. A truly mixed pool, it contains carp up to 29lbs, and a variety of Ide, Bream, Tench, Barbel, Ghost Carp, Perch, Crucian, Chub, Roach and Gudgeon.

Lake Rules: For the betterment of the environment and the fish stocks. Please comply with the following regulations. All anglers must fish from platforms only. Anglers over 12 must be accompanied by an adult and a Child Safety Disclaimer signed at reception prior to fishing. Rods must not be left unattended when line is in water. Use toilets provided at all times. No lead core. All fish must be handled with care and must be placed back in water ASAP. No dog or cat meat. Barbless hooks only. Max hook size 10. a small amount of ground bait can be used fed by pole cup. No tackle to be left on paths. Pegs must be left clean and tidy. No keep nets. The only pellets to be used are those purchased on site only. No joker or bloodworm. No feeder floats allowed. No elastic feeders. No braided main lines. Dispose of bait properly at the end of the day. Do not throw in pools. No nuts allowed. 1kg bait limit per angler. Remove all rubbish. Walking around the lake is acceptable but take care and any damage to angler's equipment must be paid for. Please be aware that your booking will not be secure unless a 50% deposit has been paid. Remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made with less than 6 weeks notice are to be paid in full on booking. If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking, up to 6 weeks prior to arrival date a refund will only be given if we can re-sell your slot. Anything less than 6 weeks' notice, no refund will given.
