Description: Now enjoying our 40th season, Cleatham Trout Fishery offers quality fly fishing for trout in rural, peaceful and beautiful surroundings set in the Lincolnshire countryside. Our well established clear deep water lake of 17ft covers 4 acres and is kept well stocked with both Rainbow, Brown and Blue Trout.

Situated in a secluded, tranquil setting within its own character, the fishery provides exciting fly fishing for Rainbow, Blue and Brown Trout. The crystal clear water lake is full of lively and healthy trout ranging from 2lbs up to 20lb.

With generous stock, strategically placed swims, mown lawns and views across open Lincolnshire countryside close to Kirton in Lindsey, Scunthorpe / Lincoln and Gainsborough, Cleatham Trout Fishery is guaranteed to provide an excellent days trout fishing in a friendly and relaxed environment with light refreshments and snacks usually available.

For those wishing to stay overnight or longer we can accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes within our Caravan Club registered private and secluded campsite with perimeter hedges and beautiful views over the local countryside.

The waters and banks are all well maintained, mature trees surround parts of the lake providing an abundance of natural fly life, making this one of the most attractive trout fly fishing venues you will find throughout Lincolnshire. The fishery banks are both level and sturdy with wooden bench seating situated around the lake. We also provide easy access for disabled anglers.
