Description: The Front Lake is approximately 18 acres with just 11 swims, containing around 450 English born and bred Carp, 100 of which exceed 20lb and 30 over 25lbs. Boilie approaches are the favoured method.

Lake Rules: 7am until 7pm in the Summer and Dawn until Dusk in the Winter. The main gate will remain locked until you leave please ensure you bring everything you need with you. No Bait Boats. No Carp Sacks. Large Unhooking Mats are compulsory. Minimum 42inch Landing net. All Mats, Nets and Slings will be dipped by the Bailiff before you can fish. All fish to be returned to the lake. Barbed hooks only. Minimum 10lb mainline. Maximum 3 rods. Rods must not be left unattended. No vehicles to drive around the lake after dark. No Nuts. All litter to be taken home. No Dogs.
