Description:

Trentside Fisheries was a clay pit on the site of an old Brickworks it was called The Old Brick Pond. At one time this Fishery was ranked in the top ten of Tench waters in the country. The lake is around 7 acres in size with a lot of natural wildlife. The best Pike caught was one of 36lb a few years ago. There are Bream to 12lb, Roach to 3lb, Perch to 4lb, Tench to 13lb, Rudd to 2-3lb, Carp to 34lb, Eels to 6lb, but also Catfish of around 40lb.

Please do not restrict the access of other users, especially farm vehicles.

Facilities:

A temporary Toilet is on site, which hopefully in the near future will be replaced with a more permanent building subject to planning permission.
