Description: It is an idyllic spot, whether you intend to fish for the week or just relax. We are situated just 7 miles north of Grantham, 12 miles south of Newark and within easy access, just 2 miles from the A1.

Lake Rules: We are a Mixed Coarse Fishery open mid March until October. Barbless Hooks only. No crushed down Barbs. The carp and cat lake are under an acre so bait boats are not a necessity. No Braid on Reels. No Leadcore leaders. No Fixed Leads. Any Carp Safe Rigs and Leaders are fine. No Catfish Pro Hooks, i.e. Claw or Eagle Hooks are not allowed. Please ensure you have coated braided hook lengths, minimum of 15lb, maximum of 35lb - applies to All fishing on the Carp Lake and Cat Lake. Catfish - Min size 6 hook up to size 2 on the Cat Lake. Carp - min size 12 hook up to size 2 on the Carp Lake. Min line strength: Rush Lake 3lb. Carp and Cat Lake 12lb with a maximum of 18lb. A large landing net min 42". A Carp Cot or Carp Cradle only. No Unhooking Mats are allowed to be used on the Carp or Cat Lake. Rush Lake a small unhooking mat should be used. Carp Care kits are a necessity on all Lakes, Bonjela and any antiseptic spray is acceptable. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult on any of the Lakes.
