Lizard Lakes Rules:

No surface fishing, this includes the use of floating pellet / dog biscuits.

Carp safe rigs at all times.

Barbless / clean hooks only.

Adequate sized landing net and carp mat to be present on each swim.

No method feeders allowed.

No spodding or bait boats allowed.

All fish to be safely returned back in the lake.

Swims to be kept clean and tidy and rubbish to be taken home.

No fires allowed, contained barbecues are allowed but must be off the ground and cleared from the site after use.

No riding of bikes around the lakes.



Banned baits are as follows:

Please can all visitors adhere to the banned baits rule, it is for the well-being of the lakes and the fish stock.

Sweet corn / maize. Groundbait / method mix. High oil pellet (Robin red / Halibut or trout).

Nuts or Tigers.

Mixed particle or Spod mix.

Plastic or foam baits.
