Description: Match Lake

Like the pleasure lake the match lake has an island offering shelter for fish. There are 32 evenly spaced pegs available all with consistent depth. The lake holds a good head of hard fighting carp in the 1lb to 15lb range, barbel upto 8lb, with tench, crucian carp, bream, chub, silverfish, ide and a large head of F1's. This lake has the potential for net busting match weights.

Not to be missed is the fantastic barbel sport in the margins!

Our match record weight for this lake is 210lb 0oz, from peg 11 and was caught in September 2012.
