Description:
Raskelf Lake is one of Bradford No1 AA's flagship waters and is extremely popular with many of the clubs members. This densely stocked fishery produces some excellent catches with nets of over 100lbs achievable during the summer months. The lake, which is situated near Boroughbridge between Helperby and Raskelf villages, is around 4.5 acres in size and has 50 permanent pegs for anglers to fish from. Every peg has features to fish to, from overhanging trees to weed beds, and has a depth of between 2 to 6 feet in most pegs although some are deeper, reaching up to 10 feet in areas.
