Rules:
The Car Park Lake will be available for anglers to fish on a day ticket priced at £2.50 per rod (maximum of two rods). Day tickets must be purchased in advance from the Top Shop Newsagents at Ranskill, and fishing will be allowed from dawn until dusk.
Concessionary tickets for senior citizens and youngsters under 16 years are priced at £2 per rod. However under 16s will only be allowed to fish if accompanied and supervised by an adult angler who is also fishing.
There will be no day tickets available on the bank. Any individual found to be in breach of this rule and not in possession of a day ticket, annual permit or a syndicate ticket will be classified as poaching under Section 32 of the Theft Act of 1968 and liable to prosecution.
Season permits are restricted to the Car Park Lake only and they are available at a cost of £25 for anglers over 16 years of age. The season permit will run from 16th June 2002 until 15th June the 2003 inclusive. Time scales of fishing are as above and season permit holders will be allowed to use two rods if they wish.
Any individual interested in purchasing a season permit should send a cheque for £25, made payable to DLAC, accompanied by a passport photograph and a medium sized stamped addressed envelope and send them to DLAC, 89, Windsor Road, Carlton in Lindrick, Worksop, Notts. S81 9DH. If no stamp addressed envelope is enclosed, there will be no reply.
There will not be any day tickets or season tickets available for purchase for any of the other waters at Daneshill because these are reserved exclusively for syndicate members only.
Such members are the only ones permitted to take their vehicles beyond the carpark gates onto the complex, whether the gate is open or not. Any other angler found to have parked their vehicles beyond this gate will be wheel clamped.
All anglers fishing at this complex must be in possession of a current Environment Agency rod licence and all EA regulations will apply.
Litter, discarded line, tins, damage, excessive noise etc will not be tolerated. Anglers should conduct themselves in a proper manner and not upset or disturb other users, and they should show care and understanding for the welfare of the resident fish stocks.
