Janson Fishery is a day ticket fishing complex, we don't offer season tickets or memberships. This is ideal for anglers who don't fish very often or those who like to travel around and fish different venues rather than being tied to one fishing club's waters.
If you have young family members who are showing an interest in learning to fish, then a day fishing lake is the perfect place to take them as they tend to be highly stocked with fish, more or less guaranteeing that they will catch a number of good fish on their first trip! Day tickets are just £6 with discounts for under 15's and over 65's. Evening only tickets are also available should you wish to only fish for a few hours. Match fishing is also charged on a day ticket basis, match tickets are £8 per peg. |

We have maggots and other bait available, please text your orders with name and day of collection to 07555 892127, Payment by Card or cash is accepted. Once you have purchased your Day Ticket and bait feel free to find yourself a peg Redmile One - Specimen Carp Lake Carp Fishing in Nottingham at Janson Fishery. Our new specimen carp fishing lake opened in May 2021. Approx 1 acre in size, with a central island, 7 generous pegs. Fish stocking ranging from 10+ Upto 23lb. The lake is ground water level so varies between 1-2 metres deep depending on the time of year. As the fish are new stock basic tactics are ideal, sweetcorn, feeding fishery feed pellets seem to be producing the catches at the moment. Parking is available behind the pegs during the Summer Months. Toilet and shower facilities are available. Redmile One - Rules: Pegs must be booked and paid in advance. Barbless hooks (manufactured not crimped etc). Large mat/cradle minimum 36" carp (v shape) net. No braided mainline (hooklength ok). No sacking of fish. No fixed leads. No floating baits. Anglers below 16 to be accompanied by adult. No fires (bbqs ok). No nuts, No dogs, 1 guest per angler (extra charge). |
