Description: Family owned fishing complex for over 35 years. Lakeside Fishery in Ranskill is one of the most consistent fisheries in the region with its abundant stocks of mix coarse fish, making it a true all year round hot spot.

All the lakes are very well stocked with carp, bream, ide, chub and various other silver fish. Lakeside fishery is a mixed fishery that isn't dominated by the carp with matches regularly won by anglers with weights over 100 pounds.

You will have great sport on any of our lakes.

Lynda's Lake:

This is the main match lake. It has forty-one pegs and is available for match bookings and pleasure fishing throughout the year. The current lake record stands at 355lb 5oz from peg 24.

Rules:

Before you start fishing, fill in your details on theticket. Tear it off, keeping the top part of the ticket asproof of purchase. The bottom half of the ticket must be placed with the payment in a plastic bag and put intothe floor safe in the office.

Coarse £6.00 Per Day Per Person

£10.00 Per Day Per Person - 2 Rods

Match Bookings Are £8.00 Per Pe



Carp Fishing Bookings Are:

£20.00 - 24hrs

£30.00 - 36hrs

£40.00 - 48hrs

Weekends: Friday Night To Sunday - £40.00

Weekend Friday Morning To Sunday Night - £50.00

The Fishery works on 7 to 7. Please contact us to book your fishing session. 10 lbs minimum line and barbless hooks.

You must have a specimen landing net and unhooking mat or cradle.



01. Lakeside Fishery accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to fishing tackle, cars, persons or any other property however caused.

02.Children (under 168) must be accompanied by an adult.

03. Cars can be parked behind your peg, but leave room for access.

04. No keep nets to be used. The only exception is match fishing, and we provide you with a keep net.

05. Landing net should be dipped in the tank next to the ticket office.

06. All fish must be returned to the water.

07. Non-biodegradable baits are not allowed.

08. No fishing rods to be left unattended in the water at any time.

09. No rubbish to be left.

10. Barbless hooks Only

11. Unhooking Mats to be used for all large fish - 5lbs and over.

12. No foul language to be used on the fishery.

13. Please check for any additional rules in reception.

14. No Dogs allowed, Unless needed, Permission will be required.



Coarse Fishing rules:

1. Barbless Hooks Only. No crimped or Micro Barbed.

2. No Fixed or Bolt Rigs.

3. No Floating Baits allowed in Matches.

4. Ground Bait in Pole Cup and Feeder only.

5. No Articial Baits.

6. No Meats of any kind.

7. No Hemp Seed.

8. No Nuts.

9. No Tares..
