| Description: At 8 acres in size and having 15 comfortable single swims the mainlake is our specimen water with a rough stock of 275 fish! 90% of those are over 20lb, 47 x known 30's and 2 known 40's to 43lb 8oz. Lake records stand at 43lb 8oz (Mirror) and 41lb 8oz (Common).
Hayes Lake: 4 Single 3 Double swims The Hayes Lake is our newest lake on the complex The lake is stocked with 185 stunning mirrors and commons. with an average fish weight of 25/26lb We have multiple 30's in the Hayes lake The fish stocked into The Hayes lake are young and full of potential for the future. Prices will be £35 per 24hrs per angler with a minimum of 48hrs at weekends. Main Lake: 8 Acres - 15 Swims At 8 acres in size and having 15 comfortable single swims the mainlake is our specimen water with a rough stock of 275 fish! 90% of those are over 20lb, 47 x known 30's and 2 known 40's to 43lb 8oz. Lake records stand at 43lb 8oz (Mirror) and 41lb 8oz (Common). This lake is definitely not for beginners as blanks happen regularly to the most seasoned of anglers. Merlin Lake: 1.25 Acres 3 swims Merlin lake is 1.25 acres in size with 3 swims controlling a bay each from one bank. The stock stands at approximately 80 fish with 2 x known 30's lake record of 34lb Merlin lake is charged at £30 per 24hrs (Weekends minimum 48hrs Friday until Sunday). Full payment will be taken to secure bookings (nonrefundable) made via our online booking system. Sessions slots are 11.15am till 11am on departure day. |

Rules: We operate a 10 mph speed limit on the farm lane as children live on site. Anyone caught exceeding that will be asked to leave without refund. The main fishery gate must be kept shut at all times, anyone seen leaving them open will be asked to leave. No anglers to arrive on the fishery site before 8am, please wait up at the top of the lane if you have arrived early. Barbless hooks only on Main lake. Micro barbed are allowed on the other lakes. 2 rods maximum on the Mainlake (3 rods if 5 or less anglers are on. Merlin 3 rods). No leadcore. No fixed leads. (All rigs must be safe and must be able to loose the lead in the event of a line breakage). spomb floats must be used. Minimum 15lb mainline. No plastic or artificial baits. No zigs. Freezer baits only. No nuts as loose feed. No maggots or worms All our nets, unhooking mats, slings, water buckets must be used, no others on site. Carp care antiseptic or propolis must be used by each angler. "The Magic Twig" from OMC will not be allowed until further notice. Respect all other anglers and swim boundaries. Bivvies on peg areas only, please keep them off the grass. (No umbrellas as they have flown into the lakes in high winds, brolly systems are fine). All bbqs must be raised off the ground. All rubbish to be taken home with you. No dogs. All fish estimated to be over 35lb please contact fishery management before removing from the net for photos and confirmation of weight. All anglers to give the upmost care dealing with fish once landed. (We expect a certain standard when dealing with our fish, if in doubt call the fishery phone for assistance). All fish must be left in landing nets for a minimum of 5 minutes to recover once landed. (Unhook the rig if possible). No guns/firearms/weapons. Baitboats on lake exclusives only. Only wives, husbands, partners are allowed. No children under 10 - due to our insurance cover Antisocial behaviour or excessive drinking will not be tolerated here, please don't book on if you intend to act in this manner. Toilets are on site to use (No excuse if not used for number 2s in our bushes and or tree etc. Instant ban if this happens). We cooperate with other fisheries within the area to make sure problem anglers can't fish here. (Anyone banned will have details passed on to other fisheries). NO TAKEAWAY DELIVERIES to the Fishery as the delivery drivers are constantly disturbing the houses along the Fishery lane in the evening. These rules are here for a reason and are non negotiable, Anyone caught breaking them will be asked to leave without refund. We accept no liability for any damages or losses of anglers property while visiting the fishery. We are minimum 24hrs on all of our Lakes, with weekends being minimum 48hrs (Friday till Sunday) |
