Description: The fish stock is now currently over 400+ stunning Carp, with fish size ranging from approx 15lb up to 38lb+ in weight and well over half of them are mid to upper 20s and 30s.

The lake is usually netted each year to remove any of the smaller carp or fry, of which are collected and stocked into our smaller stock ponds.

Main Lake Rules

Monday 7am until 7pm

Tuesday 7am until 7pm

Wednesday 7am until 7pm

Thursday 7am until 7pm

Friday 7am until 7pm

Saturday 7am until 7pm

Sunday 7am until 7pm

2 rods per person (3rd rod can be purchased for £5 extra per day session and or per 24hr hours.)

Summer day sessions run from 7am until 7pm. April until the end of September.

Winter sessions run from 7am until 6pm October end until March,

Baits allowed:

Boilie only to be used for main hook bait or spodding freebies.

Pva bag of pellets can be used.

Popups and waffters can be used.

No artificial baits to be used.

Strictly no particals,

Barbless hooks only,

No carp to be sacked,

Large padded unhooking mat essential,

42 inch landing net minimum,

No dogs allowed,

15lb minimum line,

No fires.

Small Bbqs ok.

All rubbish must be taken home.

No nuts or peas.

No luncheon meat to be used.

No braided mainline.

No leadcore to be used.

Do not stand up holding a carp in your hands or arms.

Please return carp to water as soon as possible. Keep the fish wet and especially in the heat keep the mats wet and as cool as possible before putting a fish on them.

Please return vehicles to the carpark. Only Disabled Badge holders can keep their car at the swim.

Bait boats "Are allowed"

Any form of carp care kit, mouth ointment, this is essential to have and must be shown upon arrival together with net and mat.

The carp care kit can be purchased from shop on site.

Everyone will be rig checked so do not be offended it is our standard proceedure.

Tubing, naked line, and leaders only.

No knots above hook length swivel.

If you cast onto the main island please walk round to get it off, no pulling to snap it off.

Net dip provided, It is compulsory that nets and mats are dipped in Disinfect Tanks before commencement of fishing and before you leave the premises.
