Description: Pavyotts Mill Fishery has come along way since we took over in May 2021.

We have multiple carp lakes all are stocked with varying sized fish. The largest in our specimen lake with sizes up to and exceeding 50LB.

All swims are isolated, so you have your own dedicated area to fish.

The people who visit Pavyotts are all carp anglers, so the only thing that disturbs the peace is the sound of a Delkim screaming in the night.

You can spend a weekend at Pavyotts and not catch a fish but, that's the same anywhere in the world I guess but, when the alarm does scream and bobbins do lift you know that if you successfully land the fish its going to be a nice one.

All I can say to you who have not tried Pavyotts give it a go, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The Maze Lake:

This is the largest lake on the complex and is around eight acres. It has thirteen double swims, a wooden cabin which is big enough for two people, a water platform so you can get in the water to hold and take a photo of your fish. There is a supply of fresh water. No need to bring a barrow as you park next to your swim. It has a silt and clay bottom and an average depth of 10ft with loads of features. Current carp stock is up to 52lb.

Kingfisher and Woodpecker Lakes:

Kingfisher Lake

This lake is around two acres, with five double swims all with huts, beds and again plenty of room. Average depth to 8ft with a silty bottom. This lake has a good head of carp with weights to 34lbs.

Woodpecker Lake

Smallest of the three lakes at around one acre, with huts, beds and again plenty of room. Average depth to 9ft with a silty bottom, with a good stock of doubles.
