| Description: Spring and Middle Lake:
Spring and Middle lake are joined up and hold some of the biggest carp on the complex going up to 27lb, but also have plenty of silvers in, and one of the best lakes for perch. Our holiday lodges sit along the edge of Middle lake. Match Lake: Match lake is one of our smallest lakes which is the lake to go for if you want a busy day, so ideal for juniorsand beginners. It is stocked with lots of F1s and mostly single figure carp but still the chance of the odd teen figure carp. Plenty of silvers stocked as well. Lodge Lake: Lodge lake is the closest lake to the shop, so great for if you want a short walk. It holds a range of fish with carp from 2lb - 20lb and plenty of silvers too. Cary Lake: Cary lake is another one of our popular lakes for the bigger carp, it is known as 'Scary Cary' for a reason, and that is the size of the fish! It is a great runs water with fish up to mid 20's and seeing low 20's coming out all the time! Stocked with silvers too and the best lake for the perch going up to 3lb+, along with some of our better tench! Campbell Lake: (no pleasure fishing) Campbell lake is our competition lake so you can't pleasure fishing this one. We run open competitions and also take lake bookings, so contact us if you're interested in either. This lake is heavily stocked with carp averaging 8lb but you'll have a high chance of catching plenty of teen figure fish too with the match record going an impressive 462lb! |

Rules: Pleasure and Carp Fishing: Our dawn until dusk fishing times change regularly. Day anglers are currently allowed on site from: 05:30 until 20:45 All lakes are open for fishing everyday apart from Campbell Lake (matches only) & 28-35 on Middle Lake (private pegs for lodge guests) Please pay before you start fishing - pay in the shop or use the payment envelopes if the shop is closed. We don't hire any gear unfortunately - please bring your own, or you can purchase equipment in our onsite shop. Prices Junior 16 and under 1 Rod - £8 2 Rod - £10 Concession 65+ and or registered disabled 1 Rod - £9 2 Rod - £11 Adult 1 Rod - £11 2 Rod - £13 Afternoon and or Evening currently from 15:30 1 Rod - £8 2 Rod - £9 Rules: No carp or F1s in keepnets. Silverfish are allowed in keepnets with a 50lb limit. Fishing is allowed from dawn until dusk only. 2 rods maximum per person. Buy your ticket before fishing from the shop or use the prepay envelopes outside the shop door if shop is closed. We don't hire gear. You need to bring your own or you can purchase equipment from our onsite shop. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult. Only spectators allowed are partners and parents, everyone else needs to have a ticket if they're on site. Barbless hook only. All anglers must have a landing net at all times. No fixed rigs. This includes anything up the line e.g. swivels. No braid reel lines. No lure fishing or spin fishing or drop shotting. No live or dead baits. No bait boats. No magic twigs. Fishing from platforms only. Do not enter the water. No litter. Please use bins provided. Campbell Lake is strictly out of bounds for matches, lake bookings only. No dogs. No night fishing. All fish to be returned. An EA rod licence is required to fish. No refunds. Any angler breaking the rules will be asked to leave the fishery. Match Fishing: Results, rules and forthcoming events Upcoming open matches: Our open matches are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Contact us on 01458 274022 to book in. only Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays in the winter. Rules: Carp net limit 60lb, over 70lb = disqualification. Silverfish net limit 50lb, over 50lb = zero for that net. Fish are not to be moved out of the keepnet once they have gone in. All keepnets and landing nets to be spread out on the bank to dry and not introduced to the water until 5 minutes before the start of the match. You can fish no further than half way to the next angler. Pellet Rule, Only coarse or carp pellet to be fed, all other types of pellet only allowed on hook, not during the pellet ban. Pellet Ban includes hook baits from the Start of November until mid March. Tnis includes boilies, pop ups, wafters etc. Boilies, dumbells, pop ups, wafters etc are allowed on the hook, but not to be fed, not during the pellet ban. No bloodworm and or joker. 2kg of groundbait maximum allowed to be fed through a feeder or a pole cup. Small nuggets of groundbait and or soaked pellet can be fed by hand up to 5 metres. Only 1 envelope can be won on a costcutter match. No feeding with a pole while you have a rod out. No method feeders, banjo feeders or method feeders. No candle or rattler floats. All leads and feeders must be free running, no fixed rigs, no elasticated feeders. All leads and feeders must have a minimum hooklength of 12 inches. No tucking or using any other method for reducing hooklengths. Barbless hooks only. No use of braided line. No baits on the surface but you can pop baits up. No floating poles. No standing on your box. |

Car Park Tackle Shop: Mon until Fri: opens 08:30 Sat and Sun: opens 08:00 Our onsite tackle shop is open 7 days a week.You don't have to be fishing or staying with us to use it, anyone can!
