You will often see the young ones out and about helping to tidy up or carting clays about. We hope to see you soon. About Basford Fishing Pools: We have four good sized pools which are set over ten acres of water, all pools have a good range of coarse fish. From roach, perch, tench, bream and carp recently caught at 29lb+. All pools have clay bottoms and have an average depth of 6ft, with the banks all grass they are ideal to set up your bivvy.

Rules: No fires on the ground. Fires only permitted in a contained pit. Take all your rubbish home with you. Take care when parking if the ground is wet. Be respectful to our neighbours and other anglers. All anglers must hold a current rod license (We have regular spot checks). No rods to be left unattended in the water at any time. No fish to be removed from any pools or the premises. Visitors and possessions are here at owners risk.
