Description: We are a seven lake/pond commercial fishery set in the heart of Surrey and are always striving to improve all aspects of our fishery, from our fully stocked on-site tackle and bait shop to our on going swim and lake maintenance programme. We aim to not only provide you with a great days fishing but also offer you peaceful and pleasant surroundings in which to do so. We have lakes and ponds to cater for every anglers needs wether it be float or feeder fishing to specimen hunting. Please note that we are now on summer times which means the automatic security gates will be open from 7am until 7pm. Please note that you will not be able to exit the fishery after 7pm when the gates close,

Rules:

Barbless hooks only (no barbed or micro barbed)

Every angler MUST have their own landing net and unhooking mat, these items are compulsory to the fishery.

All fish must be returned to the water promptly.

No standing or walking with fish, all fish must be kept below knee height.

No leadcore or leaders of any kind and no fixed rigs.

No braided mainline (Except for Westlake).

No fish to be sacked under any circumstances.

No leaving of litter (we operate a zero tolerance policy and any angler caught littering will be asked to leave the fishery).

No fires or loud music.

No B.B.Qs at all.

Banned Baits: Any kind of nuts, chick peas and bloodworm. Only hemp or sweetcorn is allowed.

We allow dogs on the fishery but they must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after them. Failing to do so will result in removal from the fishery.

No unacompanied children under 16 allowed on the fishery.

Specimen Lake Rules (Snipe Lake and Westlake)

Strictly no under 18s, this includes anglers and guests.

Large unhooking mat (48 inch x 32 inch minimum) Carp cradles allowed on Snipe Lake. Catfish mats only on Westlake. Minimum length 6 foot.

42 inch landing net (minimum)

Minimum 15lb mainline on Snipe Lake - Minimum 20lb mainline on Westlake (braided mainline allowed on Westlake).

You must have a Carp care kit.

Fishing Bivvies only (no camping tents).

No swim sharing - one angler per swim and fishing from woodchipped swims only.

3 rods are permitted throughout the year as long as license permits.

No leadcore or leaders of any kind and no fixed rigs.

Barbless hooks only.

Banned Baits: Any kind of nuts, chick peas and bloodworm. Only hemp or sweetcorn is allowed.



Daughters Lake Rules:

Barbless hooks only.

You must have a Carp care kit.

No leadcore or leaders of any kind and no fixed rigs.

Minimum 12lb mainline, no braided mainline Minimum unhooking mat of 24 inches by 44 inches.

Minimum 36 inch landing net.

Fishing from woodchipped swims only.

Each angler must be self sufficient, no equipment sharing.

If swim sharing please be aware that you will only be allowed to fish that swims water Fishing bivvies/umbrellas only - no tents No particles allowed except sweetcorn or hemp Banned Baits: Any kind of nuts, chick peas and bloodworm. Only hemp or sweetcorn is allowed Majors Lake Rules

No leadcore or leaders of any kind and no fixed rigs.

Minimum 10lb mainline, no braided mainline.

Minimum unhooking mat of 24 inches by 44 inches.

Minimum 36 inch landing net, Strictly NO pan or match sized landing nets.

Each angler must be self sufficient, no equipment sharing.

Fishing from woodchipped swims only (with sleepers).

If fishing near lily pads you MUST place bivvy in the swim.

No particles allowed except sweetcorn or hemp Banned Baits: Any kind of nuts, chick peas and bloodworm. Only hemp or sweetcorn is allowed.



Any angler found not adhering to the above rules will be asked to leave the fishery without a refund. Rig checks and equipment checks are in operation.
