Description: Our well maintained land looks over stunning lakes, stocked with a range of fish including carp, perch, roach, rudd and bream. You can fish from 7am until 8pm or dusk which ever comes first with a coarse fishing day ticket, giving you chance to take in the superb views and scenery.

You can fish from 7am until 8pm or dusk which ever comes first.
No fixed lead rigs to be used.
Method feeders are allowed but must be the free running version, semi fixed elasticated feeders are not allowed.

Hooks up to size 14 may be micro barbed, hooks above 14s should be barbless.
