| Description: This Parish Council is proud to have Mouldon Hill Country Park within its boundary. The park is situated just off Thamesdown Drive opposite Taw Hill junction and next to Oakhurst. The overall ownership remains with Swindon Borough Council, but some of the maintenance of the area is carried out by the Parish Council.
The park features from several footpaths and walkways making it the ideal location for a walk with the family and friends or with dogs. The park is popular during summer months for picnics and BBQs. There is a free car park at the site so you can enjoy the park for as long as you wish, although there is a height restriction of vehicles permitted to enter the park. The Council has several public and dog waste bins to keep the park looking neat and tidy. Swindon Borough Council has some extensive plans to enhance the area which the Parish Council will be involved in to develop the needs of its community. |

Rules: Barbless hooks only. Carp mesh keepnets to be used. Mouldon Hill Angling Club: Adult child permit Any child who wishes to fish and are under the age of 12 can do so with junior concession day ticket for £2.00 and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This junior concession does not allow the adult to fish. If the adult wishes to fish with a child under twelve years of age they must also purchase a day ticket or permit prior to fishing. Adult permit 18 plus. £25.00 Per season: Youth permits 12 to 17 years. £10.00 Per season: Youth adult day tickets. £5.00 Per day: Under 12 years day ticket. £2.00 Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Consessions for other day tickets. £3.00 Proof of entitlement for concession Must be shown prior to purchase. |
